Well i think that if eternal dark doesnt like threads that go off topic, he shouldn't come one them!

heres a cookie for your stupidity :cookie:

This isn't a thread in the Off Topic section.  :cookie: I return your cookie.

And if I am correct, Rudy is the one who started the chain reaction of getting off topic with his comment "yellow stars look yummy".  So the point is, don't blindly jump all over me just because it is that time of the month.

Look, what I said was a tad harsh. However, you seem to sway a lot threads off topic. All I ask is that you try to stay on topic. That can't be very hard to follow.

Bugger off. Every topic you touch becomes off topic. You've shown a lack of maturity since you started posting here. Enjoy your immaturity and poorly made MS Paint images.

Oh, and I'm not going to take insults from a guy who spells "Congratulations " as "Congradulations"

No I believe the TGE's vehicles simply suck at life.

That's a rather..uneducated thing to say. Have you looked at the source code? Have you tried modifying it? And by source code I mean the .cc and .h files. Not .cs as those are script files. If you have, feel free to comment. If you haven't then I really can't accept your opinion.

1.) Vehicles tend to Phail At Life in the TGE, this would be a vehicle as someone (entrepreneur in?) said.
2.) You would be INVINVCIBLE, Cougar and Darklight would just have another way to steal your horse/fireball you to death.
3.) 20 hours!?!?!? That's nothing.

1.) As I said, by default some Torque vehicles are extremely unoptimized so you might run into a few problems.

2.) Vehicles can have damage too :P Not only that but if you killed them they'd fall to their deaths.

3.) 20 hours is nothing but it's enough to keep newbie players playing.

FlyForFun did that. It was pretty neat. I think it would work but you'd have to have some sort of boundary.

Trying to get back on subject. Man that was weird. Definitely possible though. In fact, all you'd need to do is swap PlayerData with FlyingVehicleData in game.cs. However, vehicles don't seem to handle well on an online game with 20+ players. And a cloud system like that would take a while to work out. I suppose you could fake it with particle effects though.

Even the IGC demo had those. I guess he must have changed it.

The new bricks don't have any text on them, anywhere.

Also, located in the news archive:

Big news: I've been talking to some folks at Garage Games and they seem pretty enthusiastic about making this game into a retail product. They've even offered to help me with content creation. This is an incredible opportunity for me and I simply can't pass it up.

Sadly, this means there will be no updates to the free version in the near future. But in the long run, this means you'll get a polished game with more features, improved interface, better performance and cross-platform support. Really, this is the best situation for all of us. The current version will remain online.

I have not yet had any negotiations with Lego. I am going to try to contact them. I would like to keep the Lego theme, but if we can't reach a deal then the game will be made with a different theme.

I have updated the FAQ.
Feel free head on over to the Forums and ask questions. If you're thinking about making a post, please try to remain realistic and avoid jumping to conclusions.

Yeah, but thats not what he said at IGC :P He said Lego had offered him a position or something of the sorts. By the way, IGC05 was October 2005.
