As for the outside decor i'm quite impressed. The use of your bricks works well for the "Bank" idea. As for the inside, it is, OK. It is way too empty. Perhaps if it was a smaller space the use ATM's only may have been acceptable, yet with the space you have i'd definitely consider putting in a tellers booth or something along that line.

Outside 9.3/10
Inside   6.7/10
Overall  8/10

It's a good SHORT story. Quite descriptive, and gives the reader a good picture of what is going on. The story itself i find to be well written for being a short story. Overall I am fairly impressed.
