No technical understanding? It needs tons of RAM to run without being slow, it would take up nearly half of my laptop's HD space before you would have enough space to save anything on it while running it. That's not really the whole point, though. I don't want to use a computer that gets too confusing after 5 minutes of use. If Windows' future depends on as much complication and user un-friendly features as CLIs did, then Vista and everything after that can suck it.

Both of them were just horrible OSs that Microsoft pulled out of their ass, but I'd rather stick with Vista. Vista doesn't have an oversized taskbar, Vista isn't as laggy as Windows 7, Vista doesn't have as much default programs, Vista isn't as complicated, and Vista is more user-friendly.
Use XP or 2000 instead. They both pwn Windows Vista and 7 by a mile. Or, use Linux (specifically Ubuntu), it pwns all of them.

Just for future references, a Mac IS a PC (PC is the acronym for "personal computer," and I'm sure we all know that a Mac is a computer). It's really just a type of PC and operating system, Apple just wanted to come up with a crappy marketing campaign. Oh, and a PC isn't an operating system, it requires an operating system.
