Change the terrain back to grass.

I remember when Port Town used to be a happy valley with green grass and blue skies. The main grass terrain seems to have been replaced by this mud that turns the ground into a boring wasteland with a few dead trees.

A few more suggestions.

5. The Bank

Does anyone know if the Bank will be working soon/if at all? I would like to deposit gold into it before I go on a quest and lose like 400 gold after dying way out on repeated terrain and not having anyone to come and retrieve my body.

This is has probably been discussed before.

6. A sunken/abandoned town.

This is just a personal request that probably won't happen. What if there was another abandoned town near the Auric Fields? It could be slightly tilted so that the lower half is covered in water. I think it would be pretty neat. Monsters could roam the area around it, giving it an even bigger "LOL NOBODY GOES HERE" feeling.

7. Two spawnpoints

You should be able to choose what town you spawn in(Starboard/Port).

Just some suggestions that I would like to see in Age of Time.

1. Spell ~ Hand Light
Kind of like the light spell, but this is kept in your hand so you can walk around with it.]

2. Make Flash Mob into a criminal offense.

Kill someone and you get a warning saying that you're on the  point of being punished. If you kill three or more people, you start getting demerits.

3. Handheld demerit counters.

Purchase one from the Marshall and she gives you a little parchment with the names of all the current criminals online at the moment and tells you how many demerits they have. That way you don't have to go all the way back to Port Town to check them.

4. Demerits for firing weapons or spells in the towns(Port and Starboard and any future towns that may be included)
Obviously the quest items would be excluded from the list of weapons.

Everyone knows how hard/difficult it is to locate the dyes. Most maps give the wrong location or aren't very accurate. My goal is to take screenshots of each dye location and pictures of the surrounding area to help you locate these treasures. The first screenshot is usually of the area surrounding the location while the second screenshot is of the boxes themselves.

Please note that you may not get a dye in the boxes you smash. The dyes appear to be in random boxes, so just smash them all until you find the dye you're searching for. This is just a warning so you don't post in this topic "I couldn't find the dye in the box, you liar. >:("

Unless you want to keep the 'adventure' element to Age of Time and search for the dyes yourself, read on.

Note from Madhatter: I'm taking screenshots in the order of which I find them, so I may be missing some when this topic goes up. Feel free to add screens of your own or wait until I finish locating the missing ones.

A list of all the dyes:
Red*
Yellow
Blue*
Green*
Cyan*
Brown
Black*
Magenta
Orange

*These colors have a second version of them that contains the words "Light" or "Pure" in front of them, making them either lighter or darker than the originals.


1. Bleach
This is located in the shop in Port Town for 300 gold pieces.


2. (Light) Blue
I've been told there is a blue around the same area, just like Light Cyan is located near Cyan. Anyways, the Blue dyes are located in the center of the Port Town lake.



3. (Light)Cyan
Located in the swamp, mostly in the actual swamp itself.



4. Black/Magenta
Located in the volcano in a little room behind the smoke.




5. Red
South east of the log challenge, keep heading in that direction until you reach a dark pit.



6. (Light)Green
In the woods, just run around in a circle for a while and you'll find one eventually.



7. Yellow
Head northwest from the woods until you get to Auric Fields. Look around for the boxes near the pillars. Thanks to Wedge for this information.

Don't forget you can mix these dyes and form new ones of different colors!

Each dye has an RGB value (thats red, green, blue)
When you mix two dyes together, it divides both RGB values in half and adds them together.  For example mixing magenta (255 0 255) and bright cyan (0 255 255), would get you a light blue color (128 128 255)

Wedge appears to be correct.
Bright Blue (0 0 255) + Bright Yellow (255 255 0) = Gray (128 128 128)
Bright Red (255 0 0) + Bright Cyan ( 0 255 255) = Gray (128 128 128)
Bright Green (0 255 0) + Magenta (255 0 255) = Gray (128 128 128)

Well, I'm pretty handicapped when it comes to figuring out what my computer's specs are, so I guess I'll just take a picture of what I believe is the correct thing.

Perhaps I didn't explain this, but I've reinstalled the game like 3 or 4 times and it still doesn't allow me to get into the server.

Happens everytime I try to enter the offical server. I got in last night after playing around in the options for a bit, but it isn't letting me in anymore. Blockland handles fine(Torque game, some simularities) but AoT hasn't let me play in like 5 months. It happens everytime I try it, and last night was the first time since the update with the volcano(not sure what one).
