Is it too late to ask to be a beta tester?

Hmm, well I guess I'll just keybind it to something like Ctrl C so that I don't accidentally use it...

Well usually when something big is about to happen, Badspot announces it. Like when v11 was about to come out, he amped up everyone with a bunch of videos showcasing the new physics.

If something huge was going to change, there would probably be at least a rumor about it or a post.

Well, I deleted all recent Client mods. It wouldn't happen in another server unless it was a client issue. Everyone else walks just fine, but my Blockhead's feet suck.

Help / Walking problem
« on: January 21, 2011, 08:50:17 PM »
Not a major issue, but whenever I press the walk button, it keeps me walking. It used to be just hold down to walk, and now I find that when I am playing I will randomly press walk, leave the server, join another, and find out I am slow as hell. I looked throughout all the menu options and everything, but toggle walk doesn't seem to be an option, or at least I can't find it.

If you know how to fix, or where it is located in options, I would be most appreciative.

Wow, I am surprised. I was partially expecting two pages of reasons about why people don't give a damn about a new player. It's pretty nice to not see the constant bickering people do around here.

OnTopic: Welcome :D

General Discussion / Re: Blockland TV Commercial?
« on: January 19, 2011, 11:35:23 PM »
Before I read the comments and rethink, I would like to say that I am leaning towards yes, but I am still pretty neutral. This is because I think Blockland would increase in players. While some of you think it's a bad thing, it may be a good thing just as much.

We have been lacking the creativity that we used to have years ago and I think a new generation of the community might bring it back (I am just saying that flow of add-ons, new ideas, and content has massively slowed). Either way, Blockland is sure to gain popularity soon enough.

Wow, I am like. Dead now. In heaven. With people. Yes.

Do want.

In a perfect Blockland, we could make builds like this and not have FPS issues. Curse laptops and any other computer that is less than $800.

Please get a better photo-hosting site. Everything is just a grey box, and when I click n it, it takes me to the website of the file hoster, but there are no pictures. ?_?

Add-Ons / Re: COD: Black Ops based Crossbows
« on: January 14, 2011, 01:47:41 AM »
Under contract? Wow, from the looks of your posts, and this is just based off of assumption, you seem to be around 8 or 10 years old. Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I just find it odd how you would be under contract - a real one - at that age, let alone being under contract for an add-on for a game with a player-base soon to just breach 30,000. By any chance was this contract just a conversation between you and another player in a server, because I can't think of anything more formal than that for a contract that lacks so much purpose.

It's on RTB, I am actually surprised you are clueless of it. I believe it is the AdminPrefs or something, but it lets you make banning, kicking, teleporting, warping, fetching, finding, and any other command that you add to it (by simply typing it at the bottom of a script[warp for example]) admin, super admin, or host only. So this add-on was for the most part a complete waste for anyone not willing to use the search button.

Mapping Help / Re: Ostinyo's Mapping Tutorial

Can you tell me why whenever I try to spawn an exported object, it doesn't spawn? The only thing the console says is that it can't read the texture - 0 or something. I'm not sure what I did wrong.
-edit- It's a sphere - I don't know if that matters.

Modification Help / Re: [Tutorial]Making Add-Ons With Blender(Not Modeling)
« on: December 31, 2010, 04:27:35 PM »
Well I've looked everywhere. Every single place tells me to put the exporter into .blender --> scripts but the .blender doesn't even exist in my folder. How the hell am I supposed to put it into something that doesn't exist? I'm 99% sure that making the folder won't do anything, because it's supposed to already be there. Are there any alternate names?
