A non ban happy host would use this so his ban-happy admins wouldn't abuse banning quickly.

Actually, commands which use mass banning to lag out a server and ruin it's preferences are easy to make and use, and quite common.

Quite common to who? 5% of people who host? I've never gone to a server and this happened, and if it does the host needs to see it as a lesson(to not give people they don't know admin), not as something that needs to be prevented.

A server with a large amount of people who are doing something so bad they need to be urgently banned with only one admin has bigger problems.
Also, the host can lower the value to as low as a second, that would prevent a badmin from lagging out the server, while not affecting legitimint discipline.

A server with 2 bad players isn't a rarity. If the host lowers it to a second, there is no longer a point to this add-on, except for someone literally banning everyone at once which is so rare that this add-on isn't needed except by a very select few.

This is a pretty stupid add-on because it's very easy to abuse (for non admins) , for example lets say Player A bothers people and is now banned, now Player B decides to spam the server because his friend was banned, the admin can't ban him and has to let this continue/repeatedly kick him until the time limit is reached.

PVP can go both ways, really awesome or really suck.

Yea but I am very curious as to how they are going to do this, it's either let players PvP everywhere or it won't feel like fallout, but at the same time if they do have PvP everywhere, they have to make it not feel like a giant deathmatch.

I think if they came out with a online Fallout game where most you could travel to different parts of the US and make your own legit factions, I would love it even more.

I think if you could do this, all available areas would be taken. If they did this they would also need to have PvP everywhere at all times, which is even more chaotic, it would be a mess, but I'd love every minute of it ;D

I once got dropped in a room where I was the only person on my team up against 7 people. It was a round of Rush where i was on the defending team on Valparaiso. I joined when the enemies made it to the final M-COM stations ):

Lol I managed to join about a minute before that happened and didn't go anywhere yet so I fended off about 5 people from them alone.

invisi-watch or dead ringer is the way to go.

I can't for the life of me use cloak and dagger, I don't have the patience for it and it allows time for stupid stuff to happen to you.
