Stealing builds isn't exactly stealing to begin with; you still have the build itself. And don't use the "he claims it's his" excuse because your build isn't loving copyrighted either.
Everyone has access to everyone's builds, if released publicly in a online server. I know that I'm being redundant being around the 7th person to say this, but I feel like I need to be because apparently that part likes to go over that head of yours.
