0-15 is considered being a kid, as you are underage of many things. just because you are a teenager doesnt mean you arent a kid. and calling someone a kid anyway still makes you a huge douche so whether you think subpixel is a kid or not, hes still a douche for usng it as an insult.

General Discussion isn't bad, the Add-Ons posted here are pretty neat in terms of design, Off-Topic get's too off-topic sometimes, Community Projects can get silly, and Drama is your standard crooked child.
