« on: January 16, 2016, 10:54:59 AM »if it was the only way to prevent the crazy rape fest that is apparently having syrian refugees in your country, you could just isolate them from everyone else. virtually anything would be better than sending them back home, as long as they are clean, fed, and relatively comfortablethat's fair too. not perfect by any means or necessarily practical but fair in some respect.
you'd have to literally clear out large portions of land for an indefinite period of time based on how many refugees you take in tho
Thing is, this is impossible to do when they're literally sailing in droves across the Mediterranean, risking drowning themselves, in order to get into Europe.It seems pretty late for a strict education-first law but I could see it being implemented slowly as long as there's a steady amount of infrastructure put to use proportional to the amount of refugees possible to maintain
And unless the EU is going to decide to sail ships through the Med, sinking refugees, then they're not going to stop landing on the shores of Eastern Europe. (I'm not saying that's what should be done, btw).

The first hurdle is even getting them properly registered and settled.
But while waiting for this to happen, all the crime is happening.
there's no time to educate several people who aren't even registered with the said country
so it'd be a good idea to halt migrants and actually start up a system that lets migrants be sensitized to social structures of other countries.

if your own citizens are suffering from people you let migrate to your country, you have to make a decision to solve the problem, be it sending them back, jailing the criminals, or whatever you care to suggest
no one said it would be fair for both parties

a lot of them are awfully ungrateful for refugees.
I honestly as soon as they did something improper or illegal would deport them, they're lucky to have the place over other refugees that didn't get in.
The safest thing to do is send them back. No repercussions soon is just going to make the situation worse.
