I agree with Eksi. You're just a system. You're like a computer with a bunch of parts that work together.

Stocking, we don't need everyone to survive ever. We can live without a few aborted people. Being realistic, the chance they'll do something drastic for society is slim to none. The world wouldn't miss a single life; its nothing worth losing sleep over. It passes over. Its not even an actual person. You know nothing about the developing baby and it knows nothing about you; if it can't miss anything, its not a crime.

You know your logic is so vague its stupid. You're saying all humans should live instead of animals because they're less intelligent. What do you say about the mentally challenged, or the vegetables and the other mentally or physically unable people? Should we kill them off because they're not smart? There's dogs smarter than some of them, should we kill them off and then the handicapped because they're not able?

In my opinion I wouldn't really let it get in the way of the friendship though the thought of some of my friends dating my sister is revolting, knowing her as well as I do. However if it got to the point where the friend wont shut the forget up about her then Id start to have a problem. It might be awkward but I don't see much wrong with it. You should probably see what the friend has to say though.

I personally think its up to the mother. I think whatever she wants to do is fine. If she's barely scraping by and her life is stuff, you can't bring up a baby in such an atmosphere; if you give it away then you'd probably feel guilty for "abandoning" it.

I say yes. Its not technically a human, imo.
