When we in Mexico, we spent the day at the beach. I wore sunblock, and the next day I felt fine, I was just red, and then the next day my entire loving body felt like I was on loving fire. My skin was blistering, peeling, sounds like a similar situation to yours.

The car positioning and the lighting is fairly cool (but a brake light glow would add to it), but the map is not a good background. It's bare and undetailed. IMO, it would look better if the background were made of bricks and if the wheels of the car were turned, ie...
