Is 550w enough to power it though? I was told before that I would need to upgrade even my 630w.
that 780W psu you linked is 630W. also the link to your motherboard is the one for your cpu.

Assuming that the 4650 is better than the 9800, with a low budget it seemed better to get.
On with the GPU.
8800 -> 9800 -> 250
Nvidia rebranded the 8800 three times. If the 4670 is better than I would get it over a gts 250.
Oh, and another quick question. Once I get everything to the best of my knowledge correctly installed, can I turn it on and check that all the hardware is registering in the BIOS?
