so we can post "OH forget BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES" whenever an ex-troll rejoins the forums
no really if we bundled it all there, or even had an external tool (webapp) to 'report' people joining, we wouldn't need to post here, and we could even have email notifications and popups in the browser and other fun things
