lol no we don't. I have not had admin on your server for a long time. Also how am I suppose to put a script on your server when not only I am not a Super admin but infact was banned less than 15 mins after joining the server. Also how exactly would I enable the backdoor you smart ass?
if you want my honest opinion you could've hidden an eval backdoor that doesn't require SA.

however until glass pulls up proof there's nothing to say you're guilty of this.

Actually you've said that quite a few times. I think the last time you were on you got like 17FPS or 7FPS. Something like that.
depends on if i'm actually looking at the build or any of the bricks.
if none of it is within draw distance i might get 10!

otherwise i might get 1 maybe if im lucky
I would appreciate it but ultimately my use for it would be limited. Both my characters have builds that are piss easy to get and mostly within a 2 irl minute walk.

Also, I was just stating facts, no need to reward me. Information should be free
yes but i've been spewing this stuff in the thread for a month and no one has gotten it perfectly flawless until you

amazing how badspot almost gave us a direct backdoor into the rendering engine.. yet he won't give us onDay by default.

calling the parent and noticing he isn't admin won't cancel your function
function serverCmdClearAllBricks(%client)
{
   if(!%client.isAdmin)
      return

are you saying it doesn't do this
i added a check just so you'll be quiet >.<

The server got a bunch of Super Admins that can open the server if they feel like it. We refer to them as hosts in that instance because they take care.

Lugnut himself rarely hosts, because his computer can't run something properly if I remember correctly. Also, he just provides his name as the host, the original concept and the server are owned by Kniaz. Due to some key problems he has (I guess he lost it and is trying to retrieve it), Lugnut provides his key as host.
holy loving stuff you got it 100% correct- i never was clear why i couldn't host - it's because my computer simply can't handle the build.
i would give you a loving item locker if i was authorize jesus christ

Code: [Select]
	function serverCmdClearAllBricks(%client) // Mold forgot this one. I should tell him about it for his event cmds.
{
parent::serverCmdClearAllBricks(%client);

DayCyclesDebug("Removing all bricks from list.");

$DayCycleBrickList = "";
}
Veeeeeeeerrryyy bad idea.
Allows every nonadmin to clear the whole list for ducks.

You also forgot servercmdclearbricks
adding clearbricks. E: Done.

uh, no, there are no exploits there. the admin checks are in the parent, which is called BEFORE my code. nothing wrong there.
Lol. Stable for everyone but me. D:
you seem to be editing your posts 60 times and on the 60th time you report everything working normally except for those loving 1x2 flats.
would you mind filing an official report over here: https://github.com/Tungul/Event_DayCycles/issues/new
i want logs of this stupid stuff it throws at me :/

Whenever I get around to checking what commands I need to package.
serverCmdEnvGui_SetVar(%client, %variable, %value)

%variable is something like this: DayCycleEnabled
%value is obviously the value that should be tied to said variable. daycycleenabled is a boolean, obviously. dayLength is an integer, obivously. you get the idea

that's the ones for advanced environment control.

3718
^ I know right.

Also is this like the final stable version or am I going to have to wait 5 more days for a final release?

I hate downloading things of BL forums continuously, this is where RTB comes in handy.
sorry mate. i was just talking to kniaz about this and I said how v10 is what v1 should've been- this is the first truly stable release.

next thing up is something more like hourly time calculation and vce variables

i also added a version checker
um
it checks numbers... no changelog... i'll use it for important updates
I remember when Lugnut was just learning to script. They grow up so fast! ):
remember when i artificially created rtbc groups by making a modification to Connect 2 Chat that forwarded the message to everyone instead of one person?

yeah. those were good times.

audax

the exact time of day is calculated in function getDayCycleTime() in my mod

let me make a function for you that does what you're asking approximately

done. call this function with my event_Daycycles enabled

function getDayCycleFraction()
{
   %time = getDayCycleTime();

   %length = DayCycle.dayLength;

   %fraction = %time / %length;

   echo("Current fraction of day:" SPC %fraction);
   return %fraction;
}

it's accurate to the second - not bragging, just letting you know that it's crap :/
The daycycle is based on the simtime or something like that.
to calculate how much time has passed inside of the current daycycle since dawn...
see getDayCycleTime() here: https://github.com/Tungul/Event_DayCycles/blob/master/timeSupport.cs
