Members in red need to re-apply, because, either, your building skills are questionable, or you haven't built in awhile. Starting now, you will be given 5 days.
Members in blue need to become more active.
Members in green need to smarten up, and start acting more mature. Remember, you're representing USSR. Also, don't bring personal vendettas into the USSR server. Don't jail people just because you hate them.
Now, about the clan build. I fear that if we try to recreate something that already exists, I will end up trying to control the entire build, ending up making everyone do it my way, and that won't be any fun. That's why I suggest we make something with our imagination... as NKL suggested, maybe a Soviet military base? Something we just make up as we go along.
You guys vote for which to do...
The Arkhangelskoye Estate (What Sumz posted), or
a Soviet military base that we make up as we go along.
Now... time to set a date. NKL will be unavailable from 5 PM Saturday to the end of Sunday (CST).
So, maybe we should throw the server up for a week, starting this Thursday, or maybe Friday...
You guys tell me.
Also, we should have a map change soon... or clear the bricks atleast. That should fix the ping.

Hey, whenever you see a 'maples lost forest' or something similar, stop by and review it. If it's your first time there, you'll have to DL a .ter, but it's worth it. It's Oblivion-themed, with lots of great builds and scripts.

It used to deal damage, but after a semi-recent update Ephi or someone changed it for one reason or another. If you want it to deal damage, you can edit the code yourself.

I've handled about 4 different PCs in my life, and let me tell you, I've never had one that randomly shut down/had a long bootup time. I've also gotten about 6 viruses, which have all been easily taken care of by AVG.

People must agree that FIREFOX is safer than IE. Why? Because it's dumber. It gives you more advanced user choices. It doesn't have all of that annoying Active X control stuff that can really harm the crap out of your computer. It is dumber therefore not allowing programs to willingly go along and take advantage of your browsers knowledge. In this case, that brown townogy can be brought here. Windows is Firefox, the MAC OS X Platform is Internet Explorer. Just in this case, no one uses Internet Explorer anymore :). Firefox, gives you more choices. Some people just like more options and more advanced computer usage. Even if a Mac can be so smart to the point where it can decipher right from wrong, how can you ever choose the wrong choices if you willingly want to? Wouldn't that be removing the point of : Free will? (Not true, Macs use Opera, Netscape, Safari, Firefox, you name it.)

Koden, I'm pretty sure the only reason that you like Macs is because you can't get a PC, and that's all you have at your house. The day you get a PC, you'll realize it's greatness, and end up pawning your POS Mac.

Summary:
The clan was founded back a long time ago, by Diggy and Facechild. The clan was plauged by inactivity for a while. Now we are focusing back, and reforming, with newer members. Our builds focus on cliche Soviet-Russian themes, almost always containing a hammer and sickle, and use the alternative world view brought about by the revolution. Building architecture used in official USSR builds is usually similiar to classic or traditional Russian architecture, deriving from Roman, Byzantine, Middle-Eastern, and Asian styles. Using these themes will possitively influence any applications you submit. Membership into the clan is achieved through an application process. On average, we try to keep 10 people in the clan, sometimes a few more or less. When we are looking for more members, we will update the status on the page, when we don't need more, we will also post a notification.
Applying:
If you wish to apply, please post pictures of a build you made in the Gallery section, and we'll either approve, or disapprove and give some tips. If the build is Russian, it will earn you bonus points, as this is a Russian(ish) clan. :D
NEWS: Any USSR member is now allowed to accept/deny applications. If two USSR members want you in the clan, than you're in. That is, unless, more USSR members than the ones that want you in don't want you in. If a leader (Diggy/Facechild/entrepreneur in) wants you in, you're automatically in.
Why would you want to join USSR?
Well, if you're in USSR, that generally means that you'll get recognized all over BL as being a good builder. You'll also have admin in any official USSR server, and be able to participate in official USSR teambuilds.

Unless they break one of the server rules posted in the server, don't kick/ban them.
   4. Know how to type.
