The handicapped sound of the acronym is what makes it rather ironic, like say that somebody sees somebody with the acronym in their name. Person points and laughs. Person soon gets ganked and killed. Person goes "AAAAGH!! I WAS KILLED BY DER!! FREAKING DER!!!"
Irony? I think so.
The name never really matters. It's the power contained within the name.
A lot of insults could be derived from your clan name, is all I'm saying. Whether you kill them or not.

I'm literally confused about the picture. Is that the postman pulling the gun on me, or is that what's in the letter? I think you meant for it to be what's in the letter, but that wouldn't make sense. An image of someone pointing a gun isn't too frightening, unless, after looking at it, the postman pulls a gun on me just like in the image. That's more old-timey movie style, which I hope is what you were going for, because that image was black-and-white. If it wasn't, you could have gotten a hell of a better image than that.
And I actually am going barefoot now (but only around the house), because it summer break here in Florida, so f*ck you, muahahaha. Socks on too, of course.
