I used to host something much like this. I originally only had one planet, but it became so populated, that I had to make a new one. This kept on happening until 3 more planets were made. I stopped hosting them, though. I might start again, though. I never thought of that court thing, but it looks like a pretty good idea. If I ever host again, I'll make my own, and give you credit, of course. I would make it bigger though, due to the large amount of nations on my server.
I'll probably host tomorrow. I'll make new galaxies, though.
