I did the math and my phone line is x4.69 slower than my DSL.
I just had to take a quick lol at the fact that your phone line is slower than 96% of the US.Because its compaired with DSL and phones. Not just DSLs and Phones themselves.

So, I thought I would test my DSL and Phone line to see which ones faster, I noticed with the phone line that pages loaded a lot slower than DSL. I thought I would try testing the speed of my DSL and my phone line on the same servers and compare them:
