The thing couldn't handle XP or 2000 without hardware change, so I "upgraded" to ME.It could just be me. Sence Im using a Virtual Machine, it dosnt use my real graphics card.
I think it was just your graphics card or something, because it looks fine to me right now.

Disconnecting your modem for 5 minutes and reconnecting it again changes your IP.Not so sure. If you decode and IP, it will show the area of the modem's location.

Check this kids IP to see if its DRG's.
IP ban is a ban that only bans from a location. So, DRG may be using a diffrent IP Adress.
A manual ban will just ban the user. Allowing an easy alt.
So, an IP ban wont permanetly get rid of him.
