Could someone make a version of SetPlayertransform that works for the Hole Bots?

I'm trying to do a Hotline Miami-ish build, and the only way to get bots to stay dead is by using OnBotDeath, and then setting bot type to NONE. Fair enough, except that the only way to respawn them then is to use OnMinigameReset and SetBotType.

I reloaded my build, and everything went from OnMinigameReset>Self>SetBotType>Blockhead to SetbotType>Shark. This isn't the first time its happened.

What keeps causing SetBotType to forget up and not save/load properly? I finally managed to get the willpower to finally post this, since I'm finally restarting progress on my build.

What the hell do you want now, Amata?



Trouble was brewing in Vault 101. I lived here all my life. Vault 101 was much like North Korea, in some ways. Nobody ever enters, nobody ever leaves. My father escaped the vault, and the batstuff insane Overseer finally snapped and sent his guards to kill me.
Amata got to me first before the guards did, and hatched an escape plan. She was the daughter of the Overseer, but she wasn't as insane as him.



I grabbed my Red Ryder BB Gun and quickly made my way torwards the exit.



The guards were closing in fast, and radioactive roosterroaches were invading the vault. This worked against them, as the Radroach infestation separated the guards and made them easy to pick off one by one.



Sorry, officer. Dead people don't need clothes or nice, fancy guns.



Brisa, the cousin of Amata, came to me and gave me the bad news: Amata is being interrogated and beaten.



The resident nutcase in Vault 101 started yelling about how this is all my fault.

Its just the two of us against the entire radioactive hellhole outside the Vault known as the Wasteland. Didn't exactly want to have Brisa tag along, but its nice to have an extra gun. And meatshield. And also a pack mule.



This companion mod adds in Brisa, who tags along into DLCs and throughout the entire game. She has features like the player being able to choose what she levels up in, and a few other neat things. It also adds a custom weapon and 500 rounds of ammo or something that can be silenced if you crouch and then select it in the Pip Boy.

Freedom, here I come!

Eli Bradford's adventures begin. His dad's escaped from his Vault and he's embarking on one huge quest to find him.

What follows next? Aliens, nuclear bombs, slavery, virtual reality simulations, LIBERTY PRIME, Enclave Radio, Raiders, Ghouls, Mutants, and child killing thousands of corpses..

Could someone make a playertype that controls somewhat like the original Metal Gear Solid? Top down perspective in third person, which is the only way to move and strafe. Going into first person(Either with a keybind like the light key, or even clear ghost brick. or the regular "toggle first/third person") will allow more precision, but you can't move or jump.


To summarize:Third person is top down, first person is better aiming, but can't move/jump.

Maybe make it the clear ghost bricks key or something if doing it with the "Toggle first/Third person" key(TAB) doesn't work.

(My computer is dead for the time being, so no more Bandit Adventure. All I have now is an ipad. And a camera.)Its back.



30 health, bare hands, no skills in anything except handguns. The first thing you notice is that you are on a desk.

Combat skills

Firearms Pistols, hand cannons, rifles, miniguns, zip guns, 3-d printed guns, etc. You start off with skills in pistols and revolvers.
Close Combat Risky.You WILL be shot to death before you can get into melee range. If you dont die first, then its asskicking time.
Energy Weapons Laser weaponry and Plasma weaponry. It worked for X-COM.
Throwing Baseball?
Explosives Blow stuff up like a real terrorist. Insert references to the War On Terror.

"Non Combat" skills
Social Skills (Talk to people and convince them to do something.)
Medic (Heal ungrateful bastards)
Engineer (Repair equipment and learn a thing or two about machines.)

You know how to use handguns, but not much else. You barely know how to persuade people, and you dont know much about energy weapons or healing.

What do you do now? Your objective is to assassinate three targets wandering around in the bedroom. You have no equipment, so you'll have to work with what you can find.

Alt fire on all of these guns does a melee attack.

Could anyone do these?

Briefcase Blaster

Briefcase with a submachine gun hidden inside. Leftclick to spray bullets all over the place, rightclick to bash people to death with a briefcase.

Ultra-Luxurious Cane

A cane that can either bash people with rightclick or shoot them with leftclick.

Umbrella Gun

Rightclicking stabs people with the sharp bit of metal inside, I guess.

Syringe Pen - Stab people with it to poison them.

And of course, as Subject said, non-lethal versions of a briefcase, umbrella, cane, and pen.

So far we have Blockland models  ported to Gmod, and the Sawn Off Shotgun along with Kaje's Sniper.... That makes 3 BL weapons in Garry's Mod, which is the default gun, a shotgun, and Kaje's Sniper.

Could someone port Marcem's Assault Rifle and Extrude's SMG to Garry's Mod?

Help / Tier Tactical melee weapons not showing up when enabled

For some reason, the Tier Tactical melee weapons simply refuse to show up in the spawnlist when enabled. Can't be a conflicting addon, as even with only the default weapons and RTB, they still won't show up.

How do I access the sounds for the enemies in the original Max Payne? The mobsters in Max Payne had hilariously bad death screams(sounds like they are uninterestd), and I loved some of the lines they said("WHACK HIM!" "THERE HE IS!" "WHACK DA SUCKA!").

I created a shortcut of RASMaker and added -x x_data.ras to the end of the target line, as directed by a user on Youtube. He said there would be a file called "enemy" in data\database\sounds, but the "enemy" file is a text file.

The Idea
A disposable, one-shot zip gun. A emergency weapon you only get one shot for. High damage( 60-90 damage or so. Finishes off wounded targets) to the head, low damage(10-25 damage) to anywhere else.

The purpose of this?
Jail RPs and Deathmatches, maybe. Shoot a guard with a zip gun, and finish him off with your fists? Find a injured guard and finish him off with a zipgun? Punch a guard a few times and shoot him? Run out of ammo in a deathmatch and pop off one last shot before dying?

Maybe make it a default gun, but smaller? (Maybe if its just resizing a default gun, people would actually give a stuff about suggestions and requests, as opposed to actually modelling something just because a random stranger wants it with no reward other than feeling good for 5 seconds.)

The idea

A default gun that shoots knives. Low damage to the torso, 2x damage to the head, and 3x damage to the back(enough to instakill). Rightclick/clear ghost brick key to melee attack.

Xenonauts is a mix of XCOM:UFO Defense with elements from XCOM:Enemy Unknown, in a way. All HUMAN weaponry is provided free of charge, unlike the original XCOM where you had to buy your own stuff and the Council didn't give a damn about you. Old school? Meet New School.

Also civilians appear OUTSIDE of Terror Missions, occasionally ARMED with shotguns. Even on terror missions. Eat your heart out, Enemy Unknown. You don't have loving civvies outside of terror missions, or civvies with guns for that matter.




Playing on Easy mode because I am a casual console peasant going to die horribly on anything above EASY.



Jagged Alliance is a series of turn based tactics games. Think X-COM, but without the aliens invading, and much more complicated.



Making money is VERY difficult in this game according to the steam discussions. Running out of cash is very likely, probably.

Yes, I'm still working on Bandit Adventure. This post is image heavy.

Rogue survivor is a Roguelike game. With zombies. The game hasn't been updated in a LONG time, but what they have finished is pretty good. Only gripe about it is the godamn sanity mechanic, since there are so few ways to increase sanity, and low sanity prevents you from sleeping due to constant nightmares waking you up and draining even MORE sanity. Jason Myers is classified as a psychopath ingame, so he doesn't need to sleep, eat, or maintain his sanity. Everyone else does, except the C.H.A.R guards. They are immune to hunger. I'm using the reincarnate mechanic to play as the psychopath Jason Myers. I had to let him kill my first character so I could select "Play as your killer".




This is the story of Jason Myers, notorious psychopath. It all started with an escape from the basement of the hospital.

The idea
Take the default gun, make it require reloading(16 round magazine), and add in the ability to jam/break. Rightclick to melee with the gun. No hands or limited ammo. Jams are fixed S.T.A.L.K.E.R style, as in reload to unjam.

Every time you fire, the gun's condition gets lower and lower. Below 60% condition, the gun can start jamming. The lower the condition, the more chances of jamming. When the gun jams, you automatically do a reload animation.

Meleeing people with the gun will damage the gun. This will damage the durability instead of the condition. The lower the durability, the less damage meleeing someone with a gun will do, untill the gun breaks apart and you have to do a longer animation to fix it. At 100% durability, melee does full damage. For each 10% of durability lost, melee damage decreases.

The gun is repaired by equipping a repair box item and activating it, or walking over a repair pickup. Or maybe have it slowly repair itself over time.

If some features are not possible, just don't implement them.

"Oh no I fired several rounds, the gun is now 10% less functional!" /s

This is the kind of stuff you expect from free-to-play games, not so much Blockland. It's going to end up being a frustrating mechanic because more likely than not, you're going to be up against players that can do much more than AI, and having your weapon jam for no logical reason; apart from random number generation, is going to forget with some people. And I say that it's more likely that you'll be going up against players because nobody uses the default bots for actual combat. What do you want this for anyway?
It should jam after a very long period of time being used. (I use the bots for combat due to my AT&T modem being a utter piece of stuff.)
