ALL the NPCs in GTA V.
Everyone is apparently a psychic terminator with the ability to pistol snipe you out of a plane or sports car going at the speed of light. When the NPCs aren't being psychic terminators, they're being easily pissed off douchebags that call the cops on you or beat your ass for standing still near them for 10 or so seconds. NPCs also appear to have rubberband AI that allows them to ram a supercar off the road despite having a inferior vehicle.

Terrorist Van crashes into the nuclear power plant and accidentally detonates the nukes hidden in there!
President Rush uses the incident as an excuse to nuke Russia!
Vladimir Putin crashes into the White House, wrestles President Rush to death, and escapes right before HIS nukes hit!
The rest of the godamn world starts firing nukes on eachother!

using ass propulsion, fly to the moon since stalin is probably still alive up there
You punt the Hooded Figure away after altering the mist to her scene moments before she explodes, sending you flying into space. You smack right into the moon and land on Joseph Stalin and Hooded Figure 1. Stalin hands you a space suit with a built in headset before shouting "Capitalist Pig! Stalin never dies!" at you. He then winds up his foot and punts you back into Earth before you can even disintegrate him with the alien blaster.
Disable child filters and go to Traitor Joe's.
You burn up in the atmosphere and crash into Traitor Joe's store. Traitor Joe went on vacation, so his assistant is running the store.
"Jesus Christ, man. Who the hell are you?" He says in a dead, monotone voice.
