Your nuke wipes out Venturon City and ruins President Rush's plans for a dramatic speech on the evils of Communism, Terrorism, Drug Abusers, and Illegal Immigrants. Outraged, President Rush soon declares war on Russia because he feels like it and nukes the crap out of them. Vladimir Putin survives the nuking of Russia and fires nuclear missiles back at the US. Soon after, everyone is nuking eachother.
When World War 3 is over, only Australia remains.

Civilians will panic at the sight of you and the chances of them calling the police is higher, cops will try to arrest you, and gangsters may shoot you on sight out of fear. Kills are ultraviolent and even slower, and takedowns may involve crippling limbs.

You call Snidley and Only Sane Man again and warn them to atleast evacuate the city before using your Molotov roostertail to start a fire. You run into the Power Plant disguised as a firefighter while screaming about putting out the fire.
The disguise mostly works until you run into two suspicious security guards inside the power plant.
