Citizens are advised to remain vigilant today as two notorious prisoners nicknamed "Dr. Enforcer" and "Sultan" have escaped. Dr. Enforcer and Sultan are a crime duo that have committed hundreds of heinous crimes ranging from Flash Mob to attempting to steal nuclear weapons. The duo allegedly escaped prison when an accomplice handed them Rocket Launchers and Machine Guns. 124 guards and inmates were killed in the escape.

Ask the leader if you can access the armory to see what's in store. In secrecy, skim through the guns to check if they're legal.

"Damn right! The Government will never take our guns away! Take the keys and come back within 5 minutes!"

You skim through the guns and discover that the serial numbers are all fake. This calls for a police raid after you loot the place, of course.

leave the area, go to a store and buy some anti-drunk juice and radio in a police raid

You quickly leave the Conservative Crime Squad HQ, sober up, and radio that the guns in the CCS HQ are illegal before going back in.

You go back to the leader of the Conservative Crime Squad, knock out his two guards with the AA-12, and incapacitate him with your knees.

Two Soldiers come rushing into the room with M16s. You throw a molotov roostertail at them and set them on fire. The soldiers scream as they burn to death.

More guards come rushing in guns blazing, but you jump out a window just in time for the rest of the cops to arrive. They swiftly sweep the CCS HQ, killing everyone inside. You are congratulated for fine police work by the chief.


The Conservative Crime Squad HQ is now empty. It can be used as a safehouse.
