For anyone underestimating the new Ethereal Blade on people let me take a moment to say Outworld Destroyer.
His ult could probably blow up a 4k health pudge with that. Don't forget Centaur Warchief with his 400 damage nuke plus his boat loads of str.

Don't normally post pubstomps but Phantom Lancer is even more fun than before now.
4.20 agility gain per level is so absurd you dish out face melting damage and I love it.

But forever shamed by being out-cs'd by Dark Seer.

Keys to success: Don't get an Aquila, Radiance, Vanguard, whatever. They all suck compared to the power of Tranquil Boots > Soul Ring.
Infinite mana, amazing health sustain, great chasing. Rake in early kills and ball out of control as you push down towers and create an army of one.
Get Diffusal after your first two purchases and make your wand somewhere between those. Get a vit booster for some mid game health boost and for the eventual heart. Make a manta, because you need more illusions for your insane single target rape. If you haven't won yet, get a heart. Still haven't won? Turn your tranquil boots into a Vlads and get Boots of Travel since you're pretty much set for items and you won't have room for TP scrolls anymore.

I should write a guide sometime and teach those bad PL's how to be a boss.

Phantom Lancer now has the highest of any stat gain with 4.2 agility per level.
This sounds borderline broken on paper and it probably is but it should be fun.

And Lothars no longer sounds like total stuff maybe I can enjoy sniper more. All the changes in general are really interesting, though here's something to think of. What happens if Rubick steals Zet's ult and his copy keeps the spell? Infinite Rubick armies.

How do you know what bracket you're playing in?
Search your name in the replay section based on skill brackets, if a game shows up you've played in that skill level.

I remember this from a long time ago. You could make monsters pets and I always saw people with some crossbow guard or something really good that I never got because I had to use some fukken chicken.

Meepo is balanced in the sense that if you catch his micro off guard, he's going to feed. If you get caught off guard by a Meepo who can micro well, he's gonna get fed really fast.

He's like a better risk/reward hero than Visage, plus poof spam and chain stuns like no tomorrow.

No because you're not a carry or a very good radiance holder.

Getting something like a Shiva's would be much more useful to both your mana pool if you plan on getting a refresher, and the big slow to complement your ult.

In the Test client, heroes will now randomly equip cosmetic items every time they spawn.
GAMEPLAY

Pugna: Fixed Nether Ward briefly registering the incorrect team right after casting.
Wisp: Fixed being able to Teleport a Tethered creep to the enemy base.
Lich: Fixed Chain Frost being dodgable.
UI

The buyback button is no longer shown when the hero is reincarnating.
Shift clicking a recipe now puts it in quickbuy.
Fixed misaligned tooltips in the combine tree.
Pennants now work for any game that's part of a tournament.
Equipped pennants are now visible in your base when you're playing.
New broadcaster select dialog.
Added animated Firstblood, killstreaks and multikills notifications.
Reduced opposing-team pause resume time down to 5 seconds (from 30 seconds).
The top bar healthbars now show up any time a player is spectating.
Fixed issues with the featured hero in the profile not showing the right hero, or not animating after toggling the dashboard.
Stackable items now have their sellback time expired when they are stacked by a movement inside the inventory.
The suggested items tab is now reloaded after a player swaps heroes with someone else.
VISUALS

Added a effect that plays the whole time Keeper's Mana Leak is active on a target, not just when the target moves.
Player's chosen team pennant will display in the fountain area.
BOTS

Added Lich bot.
Added Death Prophet bot.
Added Viper bot.
Bots will now select heroes their teammates have suggested in the hero picker.
Increased the radius and strength of fountain avoidance.
Tuned the strength of bots desire to place a ward, they should be somewhat more cautious about it now.
Bots now wait 15 seconds after hero-picking to spring into action. This gives players the opportunity to buy their own couriers, if they want.
Bots will no longer try to TP out of a fight if they're currently visible to the enemy team.
Bots now try to path through FoWed areas when retreating.
Bots now pay attention to multiple pings, and will use them to strengthen their desire to attack a hero, defend a lane, or push a lane.
Bots that are disabled due to missing players on the opposing team are now also invulnerable so they cannot be farmed.
Supports will now defer last-hitting to non-supports in their lane.
Bots on easier difficulty levels will now be worse at retreating out of a gank.
Fixed bug with the avoidance of Dark Seer's wall (only half the wall was being avoided).
Slightly increased sticktoitiveness of bots overall, but moreso for medium and easy bots.
Made Tiny bot less likely to Avalanche when retreating (so it's harder to harass him into using all his mana).

Meepo.
Currently the biggest game breaker in the game until Techies is released, prepare for lots of feeding.
