The Block Division

A group for filming, having fun, and being together!

TBD Is a Blockland group dedicated for building, hanging out, and making videos.
The group can also be found from the gaming community "Steam" with the name "The Block Division".
The Group currently has about 70 members from countries around the globe. The group also makes videos in other games such as: Team Fortress 2, Synergy (a Half Life 2 Coop mode), Modern Warfare 2 and many others. But the main game of interest is Blockland.

Here's some info of the group:

The Block Division currently has 7 admins in it. That includes 2 owners and the head admin, and 4 regular admins. All the admins currently are in Steam but I am starting to recruit admins through blockland as well.

Our "partners": The Block Division currently has 2 groups as "partner" groups. These groups are the "Level Masters" and "The Dudes TM". When all our 3 groups members are combined it forms a medium size of 500-600 members.

About Sky Hawk: I am the leader of The Block Division, one of the Head Admins in Level Masters, and an admin in The Dudes TM. This is all because like I said, we are partners. I use many names: In Steam I am "JIGSAW" but I can be found better with name "^5[TBD-0]^9JIG^5SAW". in Blockland forums I am known as Sky Hawk, and in Blockland I am Mini-me.

How to join the group: If you want to join the group you can PM me in the forums. If you want to join via Steam you can add me to your friends list. This means I will help you with any problems or suggestions you would like to give.

The primary goals of the group: The primary goals are: Friendship, Teamwork and Duty.
The friendship means that we all indeed come along very well and help each other in the time of need.

I am making a new movie group, The Block Division. It is in both Blockland and Steam (the game community). In Steam it is The Block Division. In Blockland I am hosting clan servers from time to time where people can join and meet other members and have fun together. Yeah I made a new topic because I will now start updating this one. I have some new photos. I got the photos because the BLU base is 90% complete now. I have a billboard, a base behind glass like in the RED base. I also have a mining tube and I also posted a picture taken from the front of the BLU base.

This is the Ultimate future RP pack: Contains alot of futuristic police weapons, vehicles and items. The items and vehicles I have invented myself... If you do not like them, there is no reason to start arguing.
First of all we start with some Items!

PDA: Basically a GUI system but in this case it is a Server Mod. When you use it it brings up a screen with selections. You can use it as a personal chat to someone. It would also be cool if you could add notes for yourself. The PDA could also be used to remotely use "OnActivate" event into named bricks. This item would be EXTREMELY useful for many RP´s.

Police Scanner: A scanner for the police. They can use it to scan players datablock and their inventory. This would also be useful for many RP´s.

Personal Shield: Also mainly for police officers to use. The personal shield is a shield surrounding the player. This shield would block uncoming projectiles. The shield only has 2 things that disable it entirely. the EMP rifle. Or taking too much damage.

CID Card: The card that works together with the RP Core and all the RP modes. The card would be an item. And the card when used would display the information of the player. The player can see his job, the CID (BL-ID) and also the Server Value (Will tell about it later.)

CID Scanner: A police tool. This would be used to read the players CID card information that the police is pointing the scanner at. Would be useful for RP´s aswell.

The Credit Card: The Credit Card could be used to pay for stuff. But after some time (would have RTB system so admin can change the time) you would have to pay it back. While you pay with credit card the money comes straight off your bank. and it COULD go to negative. In other words your bank account does not have the reguired amount of money. This would make the card go negative and if you don´t pay it back in time you could get arrested and the amount of money you owe to the bank would increase.

Item carrying mode: Basically same as the Chest mode created some time ago. But this would be better. You could store alot of items into these storage items and take them out if needed. The options would be: The suitcase, can carry 10 items. The Backpack, could carry 15 items and the Travel Bag, could carry 20 items.

Now for the server Modes!

The temperature mode: This one is a old invention of mine that I am reposting now since I last posted it a long time ago. The temperature mode would allow admins to change the temperature of the server. The players on the other hand would reguire clothes according to the weather. The clothes could be changed with events. The clothes should be summer, winter and spring. The winter clothes are capable of withstanding in the cold temperatures. The spring is in the medium temperature. and Summer is when it is hot.

Basic Needs mode: The mode that allows players to have needs. The needs would be hunger, thirst and sleep. These would all have different items to improve the needs status. The hunger could be improved with food, the thirst with water and sleep by sleeping.

Advanced Player Information mode: The server system that allows players to write their player data. This is not necessary but they Can do it with free will. The data include: Biography, First name, Last name, Age and of course their motto.

Server Value Mode: Basically a server mode that allows admins to change the value of players. For example the values are: Standard, Respected, VIP, SVIP, Admin, Super Admin, Host.

And now for the crown jewel of this topic... the vehicles!

The Singlewheel: And yes I KNOW this HAS been invented in real life, but mine is a bit different so... The vehicle is basically a pod in the center of 1 large wheel. The vehicle has a gyroscope to keep it balanced and it is capable of high speeds. The wheel is magnetic so it does not need any supports. The vehicle also would have an automatic pod closing. So that when a player enters the roof closes and the vehicle starts.

The Magnetic Train: A train vehicle that can also use events to determine the track. The magnetic train is a hovering train that follows the tracks with the help of the magnets on the tracks. The train goes at high speed. This vehicle could be a 10 seater and could have the event mode determine speed, stopping point, track direction and the hovering hight.

Well that is pretty much all I have for now. I might make more topics some other day.

Here are some weapons / effects / items that I thought of after watching alot of the TV series Supernatural. These would be perfect for any horror based RP or heck maybe even TDM between good and evil?

Demon Playertype: The playertype for demons. Extremely fast, strong and capable of even bigger jumps than werewolves. The playertype would need to have ALOT of health so that it can defeat alot of players since after all: Demons are not easy to kill. The health could be like atleast 5000 HP. And DONT WORRY I have also invented weapons that kill the demons instantly!

Demonic Posession: The Weapon designed for use of demons in some RP´s. The weapon you use to acculay POSESS other players. In other words you shoot it at a player and you gain control of him. And the player you are posessing has to watch what you do and cannot chat at all. This would make it quite hard to notice someone being possessed.

Admin Teleport Remake: This would be perfect for Demonic RP´s where the admin is the head demon (I for one am planning on making one). This would make the Admin Teleport so that the player acculay disappears and doesn't stand still after activating the teleportation. The Admin orb could also be made so that it is Black Smoke instead of a regular orb. So that it looks like a Demon.

Demonic force: The weapon for demons to use against players. This would be a force that you use to in fact to PUSH or to GRAB players. If you push players the player you are looking would fly quite far. If you would grab players the player would be incapable of moving or shooting.

Hells Flames: The demons primary attack: Basically a big wave of fire shot towards the enemy. Does alot of damage and could in fact be made so that it BURNS the player.

Demon Claw: The Demon claw would be basically a large claw that is EXTREMELY strong. You can either throw players with it or attack them. The attack would deal 40 damage each hit so that it would be extremely powerful.


Ok now for something else than only demons. Maybe some werewolfes? ;D


Werewolf playertype: The player type that would turn the player very fast, strong and a very good jumper. This would also give more health to the player using the playertype. Maybe 500 HP?

Wolf Hand: The hand of the wolf, basically like the Demon Claw. Can throw or attack players. but this just has one difference... there are 2 of those claws rapidly attacking. This would also mean that 1 hit does only 20 damage. But still it is Werewolves primary weapon.

Werewolf roar: The Roar weapon. This would make a very large roaring sound, and after that all players (except demons) within a 60 brick radius of the werewolf that roared, would become incapacitated for 10 seconds, In other words incapable to move, shoot or talk.


Ok now for the ones you have waited for: The human weapons! >=D


Silver Knife: Works extremely well against werewolves but does almost no damage to demons.

Holy Water: Could have the effect of burning and hurting demons, or players the demon is posessing (with the possession weapon mentioned above).

Book of legends: Basically just a book. But when you read it (hold down the primary mouse button) It would start reading a special excesses. This would KILL all regular demons in the range of 60 bricks of this book. The time it would take to read the book completely could be like 5 seconds?

The cross necklace: (Even though Blocklanders don't have NECK!) this ITEM would be a special way of PREVENTING possession. So basically if a player wears it, he cannot be possessed.

The Colt: The weapon that can kill ANYTHING! Would do 10000 damage so that it kills instantly. But could be made so that it only has 6 bullets and after that it is useless. Cannot be reloaded. AND for all those people who think this would be stupid because noobs spamming the weapons and killing everyone, its not. Because admins can make it a sort of: Admin only weapon. For example in the minigame make a special place that is the ONLY place of getting the Colt. And lock it up from regular players. And there is a setting to deny weapon spawning in minigames. USE IT!


Now fore the VAMPIRES! >=D after this Vampire weapon list I will tell the rest of the human weapons that work against Vampires.


Vampire  playertype: The playertype that is fast and can jump really high. Has health of 1000HP. And is quite hard to kill. The Vampire playertype is also incapable of using regular weapons. It can only use the Vampire weapons I am about to show you.

Vampires Bite: Basically a Vampires main weapon. This weapon has the power of turning other people into vampires by biting them. Of course this would take a while to happen lets say? 60 seconds?

Vampire Bats: The little "pets" of the Vampire. When ordered they will attack the player that the Vampire is pointing at and deal damage until the player dies. Of course I will tell a way to prevent this when I get back to human weapons.

Vampires Shadow ball: Basically a big shadow ball. Does no damage. But when it hits a player (quite hard because it is not superfast) It will make the player incapacitated. This would mean no weapons, moving or chatting for him ;D

Now back to HUMAN weapons. Enjoy the awesomeness.

The UV Light: The Ultra Violet Light.  It burns and deals medium damage to Vampires. And if vampire exposed for too long it will die. The UV light has a quite small range but it has a big spread. And THIS is also the way of how to prevent the vampire bats. The UV light does no damage to HUMANS or demons or werewolves. It only hurts vampires.

NOTE This is the only weapon that works ONLY against Vampires. Vampires are also hurt by holy water and the silver knife. Now here are some more weapons against demons mostly...

The Devils Trap: The symbols you PAINT on the floor. This could be done with a item that is basically a Spray can. When you hold down the mouse 1 button and point it at a roof or floor it paints a Devils Trap. This is a symbol that TRAPS the Demons. The demons are made incapable of moving, shooting or doing pretty much anything. This makes it easier to use the Book of Legends. Other demons can release other demons from Devils Traps by scratching it with their Demon Claws. The trap only traps Demons, it does not trap humans or werewolves or vampires at all.

And now is the time for the most scary, most powerful, most devious creature of all times. The Demon leader. Immortal to EVERYTHING except the Colt, does not get trapped in the Devils Traps. Does not get killed with book of legends. It is pretty much a nightmare to humans...

Shockwave: The MASSIVE Shockwave with a medium range of 100 bricks. The weapon fires a large Shockwave that throws all players that the shockwave hits extremely far and high. It also does 40 damage on impact.

Eyes of the Demon Master: When used on a human the human becomes incapacitated. And while incapacitated the Demon master actually SUCKS the life out of him. The human slowly starts dieing.

The destroying words: This is basically the thing the humans must protect at ALL COSTS in the Supernatural RP / TDM. The words that have no effect if said by a human, werewolf, vampire or a regular demon. BUT if a Demon Master says them. It kills EVERYTHING in the minigame, including bots and other demons. Everyone dies except the Demon Master. This is only one times usable though and after that it just simply disappears.

WELL those were all the weapons that I have. Please give me some honest replies, honest criticism. BUT TRUST ME! These are not overpowerful if used in the right way in a RP just like I would use them in a RP. The weapons are hard to make and I know it! Don't start flaming me about that!

I have some new suggestions to anyone interested in attempting to make them.
First of all lets start with the most simple add-ons:

Stinger Missile: The Stinger is a rocket launcher against enemy vehicles. The basic idea is making a Stinger missile that acculay LOCKS ON to a vehicle. This could be like 2 seconds lock-on time and after that firing and the rocket would follow the vehicle. This could be done easily with Homing Projectile modified slightly.

Stationary 50 cal. Sniper rifle: A sniper rifle that you mainly carry in your inventory. But in order to fire it you would need to "mount" it on the ground. The sniper could be 1 hit kill and it could have like 5 seconds mount time. This would be perfect for many Urban and regular warfares.

Stryker: The battle APC of the Americas army. Very strong and can withstand ALOT of RPG fire. Has a 50 cal. machinegun or a 100mm. Tank cannon on top. Would be perfect for Urban warfare or tank wars.

ok... Lets move to the slightly more advanced stuff shall we?

Sentry Gun (not from TF2 or MW2): A stationary Sentry gun that you carry in your inventory until you place it. After placing it you could not move it. Would track Enemies! This would mean the sentry would have to be made so that it works together with the TDM Mode to determine the hostiles and the friendlies. The sentry could be mounted with a heavy 50 cal. machinegun perhaps?

EMP Grenade: The Electro Magnetic Pulse grenade that disrupts the function of electrical devices nearby. Also vehicles. This would be good against enemy tanks, APC´s or the sentry guns mentioned above.

Tracer gun: This would be a gun that fires a small "dart" into an enemy vehicle and would start tracking it. This could be made so that if the tracer is attached into a vehicle the shooter would get a HUD that would show the direction of the tracer dart.

Illumination gun: Basically kind of like a flaregun. But would acculay create a VERY bright red light and would land very slowly. This would be perfect for ambushing enemy troopers in an urban dark enviroment or why not call backup when you are alone surrounded by enemies? The round could light up about 3 seconds after fired and until that moment it would travel at the speed of a thrown grenade. After lighting up it would slow down.

Pavelow: The helicopter also found in Left 4 Dead 2 and Modern Warfare 2. This could be 8 seats helicopter. it could have pilot, 3 gunners. 2 On the front on the right and left, and 1 in the rear. the remaining 4 seats would be for travellers.

Now for the VERY advanced sutff.

Backup Beacon: A beacon that you would toss on ground at a point of your choise, and te beacon would call in a Cobra attack helicopter above the location where the beacon was tossed. The helicopter would fire on enemies on ground with a minigun. This would also reguire the same idea as the sentry that it could identify enemies and friendlies.

Now here are a few slightly... futuristic advanced items and weapons.

Zero Point grenade: The grenade that on explosion creates a black hole. This would be good if it could acculay suck players in. Friendlies or enemies. But only from up a certain range. Maybe 50 bricks?

Spawn Beacon: The classic Spawn Beacon from Battlefield 2142. For those who dont know it is a beacon you place on the ground. This beacon will serve as a spawn-point for your TEAMMATES until it is used too much. The max usage limit could be 5 respawns until it overheats and blows up.

Tactical Precision Nuclear Device: A gun that could be used only ONCE and when shot at something it creates a sort of red dot on the target. After 10 seconds a nuclear bomb device would fall from the sky and blow up on impact. This should be highly powerful and would have range of what? 300-400 bricks!

Tykens Rift: Originally from Star Trek. A sort of Beam weapon that is also one times usable. This would create a small "Tykens Rift" That is basically a sort of red black hole. But instead of sucking players in it sucks energy of them. Health in other words.

And the crown jewels and the last 2 weapons of Futuristic Warfare are...

The Doomsday Laser: A weapon carried in the inventory slot. When fired creates a massive laser that destroys ANY living creature or a vehicle. The explosion could have the range of 60 bricks. The laser would also reguire a long recharge... 1 minute maybe?

Hammer of Dawn: The classic weapon from Gears Of War game series. The Hammer of Dawn is basically a weapon that when used continuesly, creates a massive plasma stream from a satellite. This could only be used outdoors and would not function outdoors.

NOTE! These weapons I invented are mostly stuff you BUY in my Team Deathmatch with points gained by kills! These are not given to anyone since they are HIGHLY too powerful! Well.. That is pretty much all of the weapons. I really hope someone has the skill to make them... These would be great for alot of servers. I think many would agree. And a word of causion to all people hosting a server out there! Do not let people spam them! That would be just annoying!

Also I would like to get a small amount of credit if someone makes and uploads the items/weapons/vehicles I gave here into Blockland Forums.

Hey its me again this time i decided to put all my suggestions in 1 list this time so here they are.
Lets start with the real hard ones (so hard propably no-one can do it)

1=Realistic water. It would work so that for example it could come with a air pump and water pump brick/events. So that if youd build lets say a submarine that has no holes in it. It could be pumped dry and pumped air into it. And if a brick from its wall was destroyd or removed the build would start filling with water. This mod would also reguire realistic air (in an build with no holes there would be no air) Its hard but it would be SUPER cool!

2=Weather GUI (very hard) That you could use the gui to change the rain and its type and change all sorts of things. And that it would be possible to somehow make it so that it would be possible to change temperature of the map. And if the player would get too cold he would die or too hot hed die aswell. This would also need somekind of clothing mod or something so that you can raise your body temperature or lowering it by changing your clothing type. Its SUPER hard but it would be very cool aswell. And it would also be cool like in the realistic water mod would be an air heater/cooler to change the temperature of the build.

A working radar system that could be set as events into 2 bricks (the radar that scans the area) and the screen (shows targets in radar) It would show the user as green dot and all other players/vehicles/bots as red dots.

A missile launcher that would need to be locked on to a target (point at the target and press some button) and than fire it and it would go towards the target even if its moving. Kind of like Homin projectiles and the Rocket Launcher combined.

An IMPROOFED version of the weapon TF2 Medigun this time with an chargable Ubercharge. To people who dont know its a charge that makes the medic and the target hes healing immortal for about 10 seconds.

Just like the EMP rifle a bomb (or a mine, rather both) That would create a powerful EMP pulse that would disable all vehicles within... like 32-32 baseplate area.

Suggestions & Requests / A working sentry gun from Team Fortress 2

A real working upgradeable sentry gun that comes with a wrench that has "ammo" (metal) that is used to upgrade and needs to be collected from some sort of ammo crate or such. Also could come with Dispenser and Teleporter Entrance and Exit. also known as the Build tool in TF2.
