Apperently when people open their inventory via an item, such as a backpack, it opens other people's inventories (specifically mine, as the host) unsure if it happens to everyone though ill have to test further.
i'm also getting this issue

it still need eye posing, face flexes (perhaps optional but good to have), a proper rig script instead of something i nabbed from sfmlab, and some transparent texture touchups (specifically the hideogear glasses and the hair, the latter mostly applying to dark scenes with light but it's hard to notice elsewhere). i haven't gotten around to adding these in yet since i've been weight painting a model for arekan

blender is a great program and my go-to for modeling. the interface for it might look scary at first but you won't use a lot of its features when it comes to blockland. any tutorial covering the basics of modeling will do (especially some of the more well referenced videos), but exporting your models to the game and animating is a different process that might take some practice and pointers from the modders here.

it's a lot of information to take in but it's easier to understand once you get more familiar with it.
