Ok that only tells me how to package decals, but how what program do I use? I used Paint that comes with my computer and I made a something out of the hoodie but it can't save as transparent...
Here is the decal I ATTEMPTED to make but it doesnt save as transparent...

can anyone tell me a program to use though?

im not saying the complicated stuff like making grass come off you, im just saying as a SUGGESTION that someone should make a GHILLIE DECAL...

any blockland snipers NEED a ghillie suit to be stealthy...
I would make one myself but I dont know how, so if you would please make one for me and all the other blockland snipers. or you could tell me how to make one... I would gladly do it...


P.S. for those of you who do not know what a ghillie suit is; it is a suit that looks like grass for snipers so they can hide amongst the grass without being noticed.

i got some good (or not good :P) ideas...
OK here they are:

1. A Predator drone.

2. A halo 3 sniper rifle :)

3.A helicopter that you have a view from below from the guns point of view as one of the mounts on it

4. (just a script) but maybe some weapon that is like a thermal scope or something were blockheads turn up white and everything else grey or black...
