Explosions and police lights are in color to add a sort of importance to them. If the trailer is any indication, this game will get crazy, fast. Being able to tell what's what is important.

I find it a little hard to believe that thirty cops and a few SWAT teams couldn't take down a man armed with an AK-47, a few grenades, a knife, long hair, and a trench coat.

Put on a fake beard. Take a shirt you don't like and put some stains on it; you haven't had time to wash up, what with the government poisoning your ground water. Take tinfoil and roll it up into cylinders. Put a soup colander on your head and stick a few of the tinfoil cylinders through the holes in it. Take bits of copper wire and tape it to any random set of the tinfoil cylinders. Tape a few AA batteries to the back of the colander and have the wires run from one end (if you do both, you'll zap yourself) to the tinfoil cylinders.
