« on: June 15, 2010, 12:50:35 PM »The Police/Criminal system in CityRP is completely forgeted up. Criminals are free to get various weapons and completely unload on everyone. Then when the police are required to stop them, they are forced to run after the criminal swinging a baton and attempting to dodge a clusterforget of bullets just to arrest them. Worst is, the police can't even fight back. If you're a cop and you shoot the criminal then you get demerits and become a criminal yourself.
He's right. There's also the thing I am starting to hate, is that there's beginning to be so many different things you need to know about these, for example
/help
/help jobs
/help commands
/help info
/help criminals
/help hunger
There's so many things you must learn about, and they are all from the CHAT BOX! Why not prompt them with a list of everything? So it gets really frustrating trying to read them because there are so many people talking at once, and it doesn't quite make the commands clear either, the commands to go into a sub help section.
And then even, for example Wicked's GUI, it never says anything about how to browse it or how to open it in the first place.
Some CityRP's are just plain old, how do I get around? In real life there are maps, but for now I'm just plain old lost? How do I get to the forest so I can cut some trees? Where's the police station? Where's the food store?
