This may have been implemented as a joke. Lol.

If it has to do with addons, I would recommend reinstalling the game, getting rid of all your addons. However you should back up RTB, then use it to download all the addons that you liked/needed and not downloading any others.

I recall going on to BadSpot's server at one point and seeing a tutorial on how to put images into centerPrint or chatMessage. I just tried it, and it doesn't seem to work. I tried <image:base/client/ui/brickIcons/4x4F> but that didn't seem to work.

Quick responses will be nice.

It is possible, but "Dude" you're retarted.

If someone were to make this, any noob on the server ould completely ruin it by making the timescale flash between .2 and 2.0.

And don't quote me then that part where you said event limitations. It would be impossible to create that without overwriting some of the source Blockland code.
