Don't do strange things to annoy people like paint them, block 4x doors, or any of that crap.
Also build him ten default avatars. If he makes his own avatar, approve it. People sometimes make weird avatars with unmatching colors, peices of pirate things that don't usually come together well unless you use all of them, etc.

Why don't you just start creating add-ons yourself, "good" ones? If you can't make an add-on that is "better" than all of the "stuffty' ones then stop whining.
That, or it is mostly because people have started to lack ideas for add-ons because. I mean, there are literally about a thousand out there, most of the ideas have been taken.

Anyways there are capture points without the game mode Seige enabled so that doesn't solve the problem.
