So like, our class in school decided to do CSI in the show. Couple of us volunteered to type a draft of a script. I typed a really good one and I just finished. I need some Blocklander advice on how should I improve. You can criticize, compliment, and suggest anything. Character roles are done so I put their names in.
I'm currently doing the ending, so I can only show up to the three interrogation. Ending will be posted as soon as possible.

(Killer points gun at Jessica)Jessica: You can’t do this. It wasn’t a big deal, stop overreacting.
Killer: Yes, it was! Now pick up that phone and dial 911. Tell the police that you’ll report your own Self Delete, right now!
(Jessica picks up the phone and dials the police)Police Operator:
(Bored tone) Hello. This is the 911 emergency hot line. How may we be of service?
Jessica: I’d like to report a Self Delete
Police Operator: Whose?
Jessica:
(stutters) Mi...Mine
(Gunshot sound)
(Victim falls head down onto the phone while dropping the phone from his hand)Police Operator: Hello? Hello?
(Killer places the gun in the victim’s hands, closes the phone, and runs off-stage)
(Curtain opens and Police Jacky Hui and Kevin Tien come out, going for the dead body of the victim)KT: So, what do you think, Jacky?
Jacky: I’m thinking it’s a Self Delete, he did say he was going to kill himself.
KT: I’ll have to agree. Well, we’ll go back and report it was a Self Delete.
(Three CSI Investigators, Brian, David, and Douglas come out.)Brian: Hold it right there you two, CSI is taking over here.
KT: Taking over? For what? So you can take our hard work?
Jacky: It’s a Self Delete. Can you not see her dead with a gun in her hand?
Yang Zhen: We’ve gotten a small source that tells us that this is not a Self Delete.
KT: What do you mean?
Jack: Well,
(turns the victims head and shows an example) if you look here, you can see that the bullet is exactly in the back of the head.
Jacky: And that shows that she is now dead.
Yang Zhen: No, a person who’s going to Self Delete cannot put the bullet perfectly to the back.
Brian: Which means that somebody shot her in the back, put the gun beside him, and either the killer called the police or the she was forced to call.
KT: So, it’s not a Self Delete but it’s a murder.
Jack: Yes it’s a murder, genius. What are you, nine? Anyone can obviously see that.
KT: Hey, you don’t have to be that mean!
(Pats belly) These fat, made from the power of donuts, help me in times of law and order!
Brian: Ok, everyone. We’ll have to investigate some more in order to find the killer. Lets get suspects, evidence, info, anything.
(Everyone exits. Paramedics come and take the body away. Chair and table are also taken away.)
(Scene change to three interrogation rooms)
(Kevin, Queenie, and Elizabeth are each in one of the three interrogation room, sitting down with one cop nearby at each room, standing guard.)
(Kevin Tien enters the first room with Elizabeth sitting at the table. He slams the file down at the table in a dramatic way, and steps back as Jacky enters)Jacky: Are the suspect files ready?
KT: Yeah, they are dude. Now get a confession so I can go and eat a donut.
Jacky: You should stop thinking about food all the time.
(Sits down at the table) Hello Elizabeth, do you know why you’re here today?
Elizabeth: No, I was just at my home cooking some lunch when I got a knock. I opened the door and found the police asking me to come with them, so I did.
KT: So you just followed the police like a good girl? You must be the killer!
Elizabeth: What? What are you talking about? I didn’t kill anyone!
Jacky: Do you know a women called Jessica Lam?
Elizabeth: Yes, she’s my next door neighbor...what’s going on?
Jacky: Jessica Lam was shot and killed.
Elizabeth: What! Oh my gosh. Is she still alive?
KT: She’s dead you dummy. If you were shot, would you be still alive?
Elizabeth: Don’t call me a dummy! Of course I won’t be alive! You’re so mean and annoying.
KT:
(Points to Elizabeth) Hey! You don’t talk to me like that, ok? I’m a professional interrogator. You should have some respect for the law!
Jacky: OK, OK everyone. Calm down here right now. Elizabeth, can you tell us if you killed Jessica?
Elizabeth: No! I didn’t! She was my neighbor, we barely knew each other! Although..
KT: Although, what? You did something! Say it! Say you killed her!
Elizabeth: No! Yesterday afternoon I heard her shouting with someone. I don’t know who it was but later on I heard the door slam really hard and I heard her crying.
Jacky: Ok, will you tell us what you were doing today morning?
Elizabeth: How is that important?
Jacky: She was shot today morning at 7 o’clock.
Elizabeth: Today morning, I left my apartment at 7 o’clock. You can ask the watchman downstairs at my place. He saw me leave.
KT: We’ll see about that. We’ll see!
(Jacky gets up, takes the files, and he and Kevin Tien exit to the next room with Kevin Wong sitting)
Jacky: Hello Kevin, do you know why you’re here?
(Takes a seat and puts the files on the table) Kevin Wong:
(In a casual tone) No. I was at my office when the police came and asked me to join them.
Jacky: You know Jessica Lam? It says here you’re her brother.
Kevin Wong: Yeah, I’m her brother. So what?
KT: Jessica was killed today morning with a magnum.
Kevin Wong:
(Pretends to be shocked) What!? Impossible! I mean, who would kill her?
Jacky: Kevin, I’m very sorry for your loss but if you don’t mind answering a few questions, we’ll continue.
Kevin Wong: Ok...I’ll answer.
Jacky: Was Jessica in any kind of trouble or anything?
Kevin Wong: Not that I know of, she seemed fine.
KT: Why aren’t you sad? When people hear that their own family members have died, they cry. You don’t seem sad at all!
Kevin Wong: Well...I guess I’m not the sad type.
KT: You killed her then!
Kevin Wong: No. I didn’t.
KT: You’re lying.
Kevin Wong:
(Looks straight at KT with a calm face) I’m not lying. I did not kill my sister.
KT: I got my eye on you. You seem to be the type of guy who would kill for a donut. Which reminds me,
(faces Jacky) you need to buy me one, I’m really hungry.
Jacky: Just..stop thinking about food for a second, ok? Now, Kevin, Can you tell us what you were doing today morning at 7 o’clock?
Kevin Wong: I was at my home, getting dressed for work.
Jacky: Can anyone vouch for that?
Kevin Wong: Yes. Me. I vouch for me and myself. I saw myself getting headed to work for a good day. Are we done now? I have to get to an important meeting
Jacky: Your sister is dead, Kevin. You want to walk out right here and now, without giving any information to the police?
Kevin Wong: I know my rights. I’ll answer one last question, that’s all.
Jacky: Your sister never owned any kind of weapon, but you own, a magnum. Have you ever used it?
Kevin Wong: I will not be answering that question. You cannot check my house unless you get a warrant. I’m leaving right now.
(Kevin stands up and puts the chair in the table)Jacky:
(Jacky stands up and slams the table) You will sit down there RIGHT NOW and answer MY QUESTIONS!
Kevin Wong:
(Looks at Jacky calmly) Good day to you. I’ll leave right now.
(Kevin walks out of the room and gets off-stage) (Jacky puts the chair in)KT: Hey dude, wanna take a break or something?
Jacky: No need, we can continue.
(Brian, Yang Zhen, and Jack enter the room from behind)Brian: Take a break, now.
Jack: We heard and saw everything behind the camera. We’ll take the interrogation from here.
Jacky: No. We can solve this case. We don’t need your help.
Yang Zhen: We have sources and information that you don’t. We’ll be taking over right now.
KT: Come on Jacky, lets go get you some coffee and we’ll eat a donut together. You pay for it, ok?
Jacky: Fine, lets go.
(Jacky puts the files down on the table, then he and KT leave off-stage)
(Jack takes the files and with the other CSI members, they head for the last interrogation room with Queenie)
(Brian takes a seat while Yang Zhen stands nearby. Jack stands a little off, looking and reading at the files)Brian: Good afternoon Queenie. Do you know why you’re here today?
Queenie: I don’t know. The police asked me to come with them.
Brian: Do you know Jessica Lam?
Queenie: Yes. She’s my best friend.
Brian: Jessica was shot today morning at 7 o’clock
Queenie: What! How come!? Why was she shot!?
Yang Zhen: We don’t know the reason but if you can help us, we will be able to solve this case.
Brian: Can you tell us what you were doing today morning?
Queenie: I was still sleeping. I woke up today at eight o’clock.
Brian: Can anyone vouch for that?
Queenie: You can ask the watchman downstairs.
Jack: It says here on this file that you went to her house yesterday around 4:00. Can you explain that?
Queenie: She called me yesterday and she was crying. She said to come over so I went to her place.
Yang Zhen: What happened after that?
Queenie: She told me that she had an argument with her brother, Kevin.
Brian:
(Faces Yang Zhen) Kevin never said he had an argument.
Jack: That might be the motive.
Yang Zhen: Did anything else happen after that?
Queenie:
(Feeling nervous) No..noo..
Brian: You seem afraid. Tell us what happened.
Queenie: Nothing...nothing happened.
Jack: We’ll come back later. You may leave now.
(Queenie walks off-stage)
(Jack, Brian, and Yang Zhen walk to the opposite side and off-stage)
