I'm stuck on Level 3: Beta City (first run) at the top of the skyscraper... what do I do? All I have is the Spear and a parachute.
What level is your spear? If it's higher than five, you can cast a simple lightning spell at the black cloud to flood the city and escape out the window.

Wait, you can jump on the helicopter? I always end up shooting it down. That's what opens the canyon to the desert night club.
