you should update your old weapon pack to be like these so all the people will go use those at their TDM's and CTF's instead of begging you to release these
If he updates his old pack, it will take just as long/longer to finish, plus it will push the release date back farther.

Having a realtime print is impossible to do without changes to the game engine. We do have the camera events that you could set to activate when a player activates a ramp with a "screen" print on it.
