You sure about that?
Because it seems like you don't understand.
Each bot has a different laser pointer. And instead of hurting them it turns them into a new playertype, like survivor, but for each bot there is a different one. And if there is, say, a healthbotplayertype and you shoot someone with that laser the health bot would be attracted to that player, rather than the other players. And if you shoot multiple people the health bot will heal it in order of most health needed to least health needed.

Same with the kill bot, it would kill them in order of greatest health to least, in order to be more efficient.

But coordinate's would work for a shield bot, you shoot the ground and it walks over to you to deploy itself.

It would probably be hard to script, but the idea actually makes sense. Just use playertypes.

P.S., the playertype for the health bot goes away after they are fully healed, and can't work when their health is at 100%.

Uh, what? Its a laser pointer. Not solid except for on the tip.

You really don't understand the topic.

1 lazer, 1 shot. Shooting different things makes the bots do different things. By shooting a bot, you activate it. You can activate more than 1. By shooting the ground, all activated bots move to where you shot. By shooting an enemy, selected bots will attack them. By shooting a team mate, selected bots will assist them. By right clicking (Alt fire), it deselects bots and makes them follow you. When you shoot something, it deselects bots and they carry out their task. When deselected, they'll defend themselves, meaning they'll have an area around them. If something enters the area, they'll assess the situation.

I do, kinda. PSP's brown townog died after too much modding, so it's kinda useless. I played MHF 1 and 2, both pretty fun. I might get a PSP Go, if so, I'll get this. I'm also waiting for MH3 to come out on Wii, as it looks epic.

I have been in both public schools and I've been home schooled. I felt that I learned a LOT more in home school because I was able to move ahead in the lesson when I was ready. With public school, if you have finished something, you have to wait till the rest of the class is ready to move on. And if you aren't understanding something, you sometimes get left behind, creating confusion instead of learning. I do believe that home schooling limits your social interaction, but that's only if you let it. When I was home schooled, I was involved with multiple sports to connect with peers that I wouldn't have been able to normally. Also, I met a lot of other home schooled kids that I never would have met otherwise. One is my good friend Kikaru. Together, we have worked on many games (While the only two he published were games that he worked on himself...) including the pretty much dead Open Sky. I think the best thing for students would be to have a taste of both just to see what it's like. I was in it for only 2 years, but when I got back into public school, I was at a much higher level of understanding than everyone else.

TL;DR: Homeschooling can be good if done properly. Link is to my home school friend's website. I've done both home school and public school.

Suggestions & Requests / Re: Suggestion Sack

5th Request: Spray Paint. This is probably impossible, but here goes. Someone should make a spray-painter, which would have the same model as the regular painter but it wouldn't paint the whole brick.
Now, this is probably impossible because each pixel would have to act seperately, but if this is not the case I would like this. Alot.

Impossible. Before you even add things to your "Sack", use the Search button. It's located in the middle of the screen, towards the top.

The laser pointer just needs to be a really, really fast red laser-like projectile that fires constantly while holding down mouse button. And when it hits, it could change them to a playertype that certain bots are attracted to.
Simple concept, really.

~WhatevaGuy

It doesn't have to look like a solid beam, plus, using your method wouldn't function correctly. By firing a projectile at something, it would set coordinates for the bot. If you shot a bunch of projectiles, it would create the coordinates over and over again, probably causing unneeded lag. We need function before aesthetics.

Anywho, I'm going to work on the model some more.

Instead of stalling by telling us you are going to work on the model, you could just work on it... ;)
