That's a well done scam
I've checked every nook and cranny i could find about their accounts but both of them have nothing, i can't think of anyone who would keep the same username for 15 years as well

Steam lets you clear your name history, which is pretty stupid for this exact reason. They must have phished somebody's account or guessed the password on an inactive old one.

Find a trade school and/or get certified for something. Highschool tries to convince you that you'll be a failure if you don't go to college and doesn't help you choose what to go to college for or offer alternatives.
There are plenty of high-demand jobs that don't require a college degree. Minimum wage is going up across the country.
