I installed some better drivers off of a virtual floppy (yes, literally) and got it to run in 16-bit color at a higher resolution.



Blockland v20 and v21 won't work on Windows 98 and v13 seems to just give up when looking for an OpenGL GPU.
Unfortunately Virtualbox does not support GPU acceleration. I might look into using Unraid as is supports hardware pass-through

Well lucky for you they don't make 2GB DDR4 dimms so you should be able to upgrade to 8GB pretty easily.

my school does that stuff at their games, except on a Ryzen 7 1700, 32gb ram, GTX 1050ti computer with a 250gb, 500gb samsung SSDs, and a 3tb WD Red (I gave the teacher a list of parts to upgrade from, to the current specs)

What software do they use?
