I have an x12 and i really like it. On the other hand my friend has a trigger, which is a little smaller than mine and doesn't fit as comfortably (imo) . I haven't really compared sound quality, but they are probably about the same. The x12 also works with your PCs, so that's a bonus. As for durability, I haven't had a problem with anything breaking and I've had mine for a little over a year. Overall i'm pretty happy with the x12, but the tritton isn't terrible.

based on how it looks, and some other details, like the volume thing
because I've never used either
they both have one that is pretty much the same.
