- Ambassadors have been sent to each country to discuss a trading plan of their choice.
- Oil rigs have been built on the Minerva Ocean.
- The Grand Factory in Yongai has been sabotaged. Raw Materials and Bullet production rates have been slowed.
- Factories in Crezdana have reached a whopping 25. Anti-Pollution Stratagies have been initiated.
