I was playing ctf on tf2 about a week ago

stop playing ctf then
ctfs never work well, nobody ever turns on class limits
every server should have class limits
all of them.

Umm I think most people just have the reserve shooter for faster weapon switching so that they can get melee crit kills with the axtinguisher.

why would you even need it to be faster if that's all your doing

2. what does it mean if you have a 'genuine' item?  i'm sitting here with a genuine dead cone and i have no clue why
It means it was a promo item you got from buying/preordering a game normally. It makes it rarer.

3. is it true that buds are going up in price?
I wouldn't think so, it's not like any are disappearing

i've had an amd card for almost half a year and never had a problem, they update when they need to

Here's a list of all my loadouts just because I can.






The only things I change are Sniper to Huntsman and Medic to default medi-gun.
Or if I'm just experimenting with different weapons for a change.

Dead Ringer
Charmer's Chapaeu

I think it's pretty fly.

Pretty good, you should try out the other knives though.
Make the weapons strange and change to the Big Earner, then you've got my spy loadout 'cept with different hats.
