ok heres a better demoman tutorial
forget the pipe launcher unless you need to reload or out of stickies
then just spam stickies either at the floor or at people depending on their movement (if they are chasing you) right below you
in my opinion if you use pipes over stickies you're playing demoman wrong

If I'm going totally stock, how do I become a better Demoman? I know 'practice' is rule one, but usually my kills ends up around equal to my deaths as Demoman.
I've seen good Demomen totally roll over my team - I want to know how to do that.
