Download build 6554 for dolphin
Disable memory card
Set 2 controllers if we're doing singles
Get melee
There's also a community build which I would have to distribute but you NEED melee
set up controller (can vary, but gamecube works if you have the adapter)
That would be kinda it for setup, unless I forget something

do i have to use a wii / gamecube? because either my wii / gc controllers have huge delay to them now

if I host a tournament on Melee with netplay would any of you join? I can get a netplay build for it and instructions

i would try and join but i'd get destroyed because i don't know any of the 'technical' stuff
nor do i know how to emulate / netplay

i don't know about the player-made ones, but the regular ones have standard rulesets and a regular single elimination bracket
