Im sure infrared is possible. isnt there a way to make it so when you look through the scope, all players appear a bright white and everything else dark gray (or vise versa)?
You can change the color of players, bricks, vehicles/etc. But that is serversided. Something that would come kind of close to a IR scope/whatever could be made by mounting a couple of images to the player. The first image would be something similar to my nvgs, a simple plane with a transparent texture that filters out colors/makes everything darker. The second image would be quite the same, but would look like a blurred white circle. That one would simulate the glowing of hot things. The last thing you need is a script that aligns the second image to point at the next player/vehicle. The more players/vehicles are in sight, the more glowing-images you mount to the player. But the problem is: You can only mount up to four images to a player.

That has been discussed by many people before. And from what I've heard, it's impossible. But I think it can be done. But don't take my word for it. I don't know what I'm talking about.
But that would be cool. Not the dumb colour one, but the grey-green military one.
It is possible to make the screen darker, brighter, filter out certain colors and some other stuff by putting a transparent plane infront of the players camera like I did with my nvgs. But it's not possible to make everything black/white with this method. It's also not possible to color certain things black and others white (clientsided), which would be required for proper thermal vision.

Famas barel is a little thinner
Not everything is always supposed to be 100% accurate.

I wonder what weapon will be next after the two snipers are done.
I thought about some small smg. But then again, there are already two. Also there are two snipers and a burst-fire weapon would be neat. A plasma grenade or some kind of rocket launcher, too...

The Bonecrusher is on it's way to RTB. Now it's all about the two sniper rifles. The light sniper rifle still needs a (More or less fitting) name and the heavy sniper (Gungnir) still needs some range corrections. With the big trail of smoke and less damage it's not the perfect stealth-ultra-sniper-rifle like the Old School Rifle, but it still seems to be too strong. Maybe I will limit the range to 500 or something.

Wow. I just realized that that's the Russian flag.
I don't really think there should be a flag on it. It kinda looks odd if you're playing as Mexico or some stuff like that and you have the Russian flag.
If I add flags there will be one version without. If not, then there won't be any flag at all.

why not make it a pref or something

Awesome vest. It looks like your old tactical vest. Just more detailed. And I agree too, black looks way better.
It has about the same level of detail. But on the old vest the smoothshading and shape of the pouches kind of ruined it.
