I'd imagine if we did have it, it would just be a massive freebuild, or perhaps there would be several rooms dedicated to different "servers" or roleplay.

I've made a robot costume out of cardboard, I could probably make a blockland minifig.
The only problem is, I don't have any cardboard. ;_;
Also the arms and legs would look weird >.>
But it would still be neat to post a tutorial on how to make your own blockland minifig costume, and get together with a bunch of people that made it.
