Help / Brick Ownership Deterioration

How does that work exactly?
I tried setting the value to 1, and had someone else place a brick.
After a few minutes, nothing seemed to happen to the ownership of the brick, and they could place other bricks on it just fine.
Does losing ownership mean ownership goes to the host?

It didn't work.
The engines were ripped off from the speed.
Though I haven't tried it in space.... maybe the lack of atmosphere would help me out ;)
