what exactly is a lets play? Is it a walkthrough or just playing the game with commentary from the player?

A "Let's Play" is someone playing a game while commentating. Most people 100% the games they Let's Play, and usually games they've already played. I like watching blind let's plays, because the player doesn't really know what to expect/do.
