Also, as things get more complicated in the society its institutions are bound to inflate. If you want a small government, then go and send back your country to the late 18th century, but under the current circumstances it won't work out.
Based on the fact that Wikipedia is about 58% inaccurate, and no one understands the word 'considered,' no. No.
