Help / Team Deathmatch Sort Weighting

I want more advanced minigames,
and I think TDM sort weighting has the answer.
But what I need from you guys, is to tell me exactly what sort weighting can do,
and how to make it do that. Because when I went to download TDM minigame, it showed nothing for instructions about sort weighting.
Don't try that old "search screen" trick on me, since I searched "TDM sort weighting", "Team deathmatch sort weighting", and "sort weighting" without any good results.
I hope you guys will be of assistance.
