OP, let me make it simple for you. There will be no "mod maker" because there would be 1000's of random useless mods posted everyday that will be flamed and banned. There would be too much limitation...

Get your lazy ass on google.

Search "how to script in torque" or whatever the hell you want

buy a program to model... (milkshape, blender, etc)

ask for help in modification help thread.

What in hell do you mean "even more"?

Because terrain and interriors will be removed = boosts performance default!
turn off shadows and shaders or whatever will be new = a boost to the new boost!

boost + boost = win?

The reason terrain and interiors are being removed is because they are outdated and most importantly to allow for better updates.

why don't people understand this? its not like the creators are trying to be douches to us, they just do what is necessary to make the game more optimized.

He said that bricks are at 90% total speed because of terrain and interiors.
That means it will be only a 10% speed increase, and that will be more than twice over slowed by shadows and especially shaders.

they don't have to be enabled... so it boosts the speed even more.
