Can I Run It is stupid as forget. Most of it is not even at all legit, but it gives somewhat of a basic view if your PC can run the game, but most of the time its stuff.
Also, because of driver updates and stuff, most games need lower requirements then are recommended.

Please read the rules thoroughly before posting something like this. If you were smart, you would know that "I don't care" posts are perfectly allowed if you have something to back up your reason. The only time its not allowed is if you literally just post "I don't care".
